EUREKA MATH!
Our students will be mixed into three groups: Mr. Meyer, Mr. Henrikson, and Mrs. Shaver. This will be decided the first two weeks of school, so it will be unclear who your child will have for math.
If your child is in my Math class, we are continuing thecurriculum of the 6th grade (which is similar to most grades at Phoebe): Eureka Math. It involves using workbooks and no actual textbook. You can expect a few problems of homework each night (assuming your child uses in-class time wisely).
All graded assignments can be corrected for a higher score. They will receive half of the points they missed the first time around.
If your child ever forgets their workbook at school, the lessons can be found at the link below. Just simply navigate through the 6th grade mathematics tabs to find it. If they do not remember the module and lesson numbers, contact a friend or email me through this website.
